Turn overlooked paper items into real value
Old paper items can hold far more value than you might expect, especially when they have age, rarity, or a strong collector market behind them. We buy ephemera such as books, comics, magazines, football programmes, postcards and documents. Early issues of comics such as Batman, Fantastic Four, Spider-Man, X Men, Beano, and Dandy can be particularly sought after, especially from the 1930s through to the 1960s.

What we look for and why it matters
Condition matters, but rarity, print era, subject, and completeness can matter just as much when paper collectables are valued. We keep a close eye out for vintage comics, older magazines, scarce postcards, and early documents because buyers often want pieces with a story behind them. Special editions and unusual issues can stand out quickly, even when the rest of a bundle looks ordinary at first glance.
